TERMS & CONDITIONS: 

Online Appointments

M.A. Consulting Corp. endeavors to complete the services as per the scheduled appointment time. Nonetheless, a situation may arise where the employee and/or independent contractor of M.A. Consulting Corp. may be delayed in meeting the Client. Thus, our organization and its affiliated members or partners do not guarantee the appointment starting at the allocated time. If a matter is urgent, the Client should call the office for urgent services and we will endeavor to accommodate the Client. 

Refund Policy

Client satisfaction is especially important to M.A. Consulting Corp. However, we do not grant a refund for our services. If there is an issue with our services, we welcome you to let us know and we will endeavor to fix the issue promptly. 

Audits

The initial cost of our services at M.A. Consulting Corp. only includes the cost of our filing services and the first regular audit for your personal tax return. However, if there are multiple and/or complex audits, we will charge you accordingly due to the increased workload on our employees.
